Together, these elements - the Site, Courses, and Services - are collectively referred to as the "Company Products".
• By (a) using or accessing the Company Products, which includes activities like streaming, accessing or using the software; or (b) making a payment, whether for yourself or on behalf of someone else, to use or access the Company Products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in these terms of use (the "Terms").

Fees:

• You are officially enrolled once we receive your payment and it's confirmed in our NareshIT account.
• Accessing the Site, browsing Courses, and reading Blogs is currently free. The Company has the right to alter fee policies at any time.
• To secure admission, students must pay either the full course fee or the specified first installment on or before the admission day.
• For subsequent installment fees, timely payments on specified dates are mandatory.
• Payment methods include cash, online/e-wallet via our website, or a DD/Cheque payable to Naresh i Technologies.
• Failure to pay the fee by the due date will result in the student being unable to attend classes.
  
  

Refund and Batch Change Policy:

• A non-refundable 15% of the total course fee is applicable in all cases. You can review the policy at https://www.nareshit.com/cancellation-refund-policy.
• The guidelines in this policy are integral to these Terms. Please refer to our cancellation-refund-policy.
• Students have the option to switch batches by paying 50% of the course fee.
  
  

Modifications to these Terms:

• The company can change these terms anytime without notifying you first. They will put the new terms on their website. Once they do this, the new terms start to apply. You can see when the terms were last changed. To make sure you still agree with them, check this terms and conditions page often. If you keep using the company's products after they change the terms, it means you accept the new terms.

General

• Naresh i Technologies (NareshIT) may change program details, venue, class timings, and days without notice. Management decisions are final. 
• If students lose their mobiles, laptops, or any personal belongings, NareshIT is not responsible for them. Students are responsible for their own belongings.
• NareshIT reserves the right to cancel any training course or batch in case of insufficient enrollment. In such a situation, you will be promptly informed. You will then have the option to either reschedule for a future course date or receive a full refund of any fees already paid.

Code of Conduct:

• Students are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which promotes a respectful and inclusive learning environment.
• Be polite and kind to mentors, trainers, and fellow students. Recognize and appreciate the knowledge of mentors and trainers. If a student misbehaves or causes a disturbance, mentors or trainers may ask them to leave the class.
• The institute's management also has the authority to expel a student if needed.
• Please note that no fees will be refunded in such cases.
  Students must put their mobile phones on silent mode.
• tudents must avoid using offensive language, derogatory slogans, or bad language while at the institute.
• Don't harm or damage any property, equipment, or facilities at our institute's
• Do not come to class if you have been drinking alcohol or smoking. It's not allowed on the institute premises.
  
  

Copyright:

NareshIT logos and everything provided by NareshIT, like Cousre Content, Materials, Course Videos, animations, illustrations, Video Clips, Photos, software, designs, text, graphics, and more (called 'Company Content'), belongs to NareshIT. They own the rights to it. They cannot be copied or shared without obtaining prior permission from us. If they do so, there could be serious consequences. This might include them being removed from the course and facing legal action. NareshIT is not responsible for the content on external sites (excluding our partners and affiliates) that you may encounter while browsing or using NareshIT courses or services NareshIT reserves the right to disable or restrict access for users/students who engage in the infringement.

Activities Not Allowed ( Prohibited ):

• Sharing or distributing copyrighted materials without proper authorization.
  Engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, or offensive behavior towards fellow learners, mentors, or trainers.
• Using automated tools or bots to access or interact with the our platform.
• Sharing personal contact information or engaging in unauthorized solicitation of other users.
• Posting or sharing inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content about the NareshIT.
• Don't use any content for commercial purposes without proper authorization.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent or deceptive behavior, including misrepresenting your identity or credentials.
• Violating any intellectual property rights, including unauthorized use or distribution of course materials, Course Videos and Recordings.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the platform.
  Copying and then attempting to sell NareshIT's courses, videos, or programs on unauthorized platforms is strictly prohibited.

Steps to Report Copyright Infringement

• If you believe that any content on our platform infringes upon your copyright, please follow these steps:
